2. Booking & Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.A valid address and contact information are required for service.Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service prices are listed on our website or provided through a custom quote.Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.We accept [credit/debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, & cash.Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to refusal of future service.
5. Access & Safety
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises.If no one is home, arrangements must be made for entry (e.g., key, code, lockbox).We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours.We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
7. Liability
We are insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for:- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items not disclosed as fragile or irreplaceable
- Damage due to improper installation of fixtures or appliances
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
